PAYMENT OPTIONS

We can accept all major forms of payment through Pay pal to ensure maximum security.

E- BOOK FORMATS

Our downloadable publications are currently supplied in PDF (Adobe Reader), Windows application files for the individual titles and a WinZip file for the '21 book bundle' + the free books. If you do not have Adobe Reader download it here for free. Windows application files can be read by desktop, laptop & notebook PC's running Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000 & XP. WinZip is not freeware and it can be downloaded here.

DOWNLOADING

When your payment by credit / debit card has been approved, (this just takes a few seconds), you will be redirected to a page where you can download your files. We will also send you an email with the download links for your records but as these links may be moved or withdrawn all together, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the files have been saved to an outside source. e.g. computer hard drive, floppy disk or storage disk. We will however provide you with support for up to 90 days after the sale has been completed.

If you have trouble downloading the files, simply email us and we will send the files to you as attachments.

PLEASE NOTE - Please stay on-line until the download has completed and you have saved the files.

REFUNDS

QUALITY OF GOODS/FITNESS FOR PURPOSE

Please note that Nayoby Ltd. cannot be held responsible for problems which are due to the limitations of the customer's software or hardware, or knowledge thereof. Any files supplied as Adobe Reader or Windows Application  or WinZip files are warranted only if, and to the extent of existence of the applicable manufacturer's warranty and are distributed by Nayoby Ltd on an as-is basis without warranty by Nayoby Ltd. Nayoby Ltd does not warrant that the operation of any programs or files will be uninterrupted or error free, or that all programming or compilation errors will be corrected.
 

RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOCAL TAXES AND DUTIES

The customer is responsible for all local taxes and duties.

EMAIL POLICY

From time to time Nayoby Ltd may e-mail you with special offers. These offers are usually only available to our existing customers. Most customers enjoy receiving these e-mails, but if you would prefer not to receive them please let us know by sending an e-mail with the 'unsubscribe' in the subject box and you will be removed from the list.

SECURITY OF CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Customer satisfaction is a crucial part of our business. As such, site security is very important to us.  In conjunction with Pay Pal all transactions are handled on a secure server. If you use a secure browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape, your credit card deals will be encrypted so customers can rest assured of the safe handling of their details.

RETENTION OF TITLE AND RESELL RIGHTS

All goods remain the property of Nayoby Ltd until paid for in full. Some of the material provided will come with automatic resell/redistribution or master resell rights. It will be the responsibility of the customer to make sure that they stay within the rules governing the individual products should they choose to resell them.

Nayoby Ltd shall not accept responsibility for any financial losses arising as a result of taking the advise in the material provided. None of the material is intended as financial advise and the customer shall take full responsibility for any actions (or inactions) thereafter. The guarantee we offer pertains to satisfaction with the product provided and not the results.

Although every care is taken in recommending the merchants in our resource page, Nayoby Ltd shall not accept responsibility for any financial losses arising as a result of entering into an agreement with them. All customer services enquiries should be forwarded to the respective merchant.

APPLICABLE LAW/COURTS OF JURISDICTION

All matters pertaining to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
